Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Sleepolytics handles information when you visit sleepolytics.com, create an account, enroll in the 21-Day Sleep Solution, or contact support. It is written for this product — a private LMS with lessons, a sleep tracker, and checkout — not a generic template.
1. Information We Collect
We collect what you give us to run your account: name, email, password or sign-in credentials, and messages you send through Contact Us or support. When you buy the 21-Day Sleep Solution we also collect order details, coupon codes if used, and any payment-proof images you upload.
Inside the LMS we store program data tied to your login: lesson progress, morning sleep logs, scores, notes, and worksheet answers. We also collect limited technical data (such as device type, IP address, and pages loaded) to keep sign-in secure and the site working.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to create and protect your account, deliver daily lessons and dashboard guidance, process checkout, review payment proofs, unlock LMS access after approval, and send transactional email (account created, payment received, approved, or rejected, and password reset).
We may also reply to support, refund, or affiliate questions. Sleep logs and notes are used to show you your own progress — we do not sell them to data brokers or use them as public testimonials without a separate request from you.
3. Data Security
We apply access controls and encryption where the product is designed for it (including private notes). Payment-proof files are stored for administrator review only. Staff who operate checkout and support can see what they need to approve access or answer a ticket.
Full card numbers entered at a payment processor stay with that processor. Sleepolytics does not keep complete card PAN data on our application servers. No online service is perfectly secure; we work to limit who can open sleep records and payment files.
4. Cookies and Tracking
Essential cookies and similar storage keep you signed in, remember theme preference, and protect forms. If Firebase Analytics (or a similar tool) is enabled, it may record public-site usage so we can fix errors and understand which pages load.
You can tell your browser to block or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies can prevent login. LMS access still requires the essential session cookie after you sign in.
5. Third-Party Services
We use other companies only to operate Sleepolytics, not to resell your tracker history. Depending on how you pay, checkout may involve payment processors such as Payoneer, Binance, PayPal, and Stripe. Those providers receive the details required to complete the payment you start.
We may also use email delivery, cloud hosting, Firebase Authentication (and Analytics if configured), and similar vendors. They may process your information solely to perform the task we hired them for — for example sending a receipt or confirming a card charge — under their own terms.
6. Your Rights
You can review and update profile details in Settings after you sign in. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information by emailing support@sleepolytics.com from the address on your account. We may keep invoices or fraud-prevention records where the law requires it.
You can stop marketing or non-essential product emails by using the unsubscribe link in those messages, or by writing to support. Transactional mail about your purchase, access, or security may still be sent while your account is active.
